HOW WILL THE ARTWORKS BE SHIPPED?
The artworks will be shipped individually directly from the artist, ensuring that they arrive in pristine condition to adorn your space beautifully.
Ships in a cardboard box
This item will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We make sure that our artworks are shipped according to our very high standards at every step of the way. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible as it travels from our studio to your home.
HOW TO CHANGE OR AMEND YOUR SHIPPING DETAILS
If you have entered your delivery details incorrectly or would like to modify your delivery information please contact the customer service team (hello@sharifahbahiyah.io) as soon as possible.
Shipping information, including delivery address cannot be modified once the order has been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, this will have to be changed with our courier by calling their customer service number or clicking the link that landed in your inbox.
AFTER I PURCHASE, WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
After you've completed your purchase with SHARIFAH BAHIYAH ART, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email.
From there, you'll receive a shipping notification email.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ARTWORK
With this notification email, you will be able to track your artwork from FedEx, our courier service.
Please locate the email notification you received when the artwork shipped, which contained the subject line: "Your order item has been shipped."
This email contains a link allowing you to access a webpage with your order tracking details including your tracking number. Please copy the tracking number from this page and then enter it into the courier's webpage for the latest tracking information.
TAX AND CUSTOM CHARGES
The buyer is responsible for all tax and custom charges. You will need to contact the tax and customs authorities directly in your respective countries to make payments.

DELIVERY TIME
Your artwork will typically be dispatched between 2-4 weeks after the point of purchase unless specified otherwise.
We ship all of our artworks from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia so delivery timing may be impacted based on your location.
